Sesuai kebijakan baru mengenai BRTI maka XL mengeluarkan peraturan baru mengenai traffic pemakaian sms.

1. Untuk mengajukan Sender ID dikenakan biaya pertahun.
2. Untuk Sender ID XL dibebaskan dari biaya administrasi dengan Traffic minimum / Sender ID XL sebanyak 10.000 Token SMS / Bulan

Kebijakan ini berpengaruh kepada nomor-nomor dengan prefix : 62899, 62898, 62897,   62896, 62817, 62819, 62859, 62877, 62878, 62818

Saat ini, secara default, semua sms ke XL dikirim dengan sender "PUBLIC INFO"
